CERTIFICATION SCHOLARSHIPS

Available for Volunteer Educators

The main focus of the Babywearing Education Program™ (BEP) is to educate and support the community of volunteer babywearing educators who promote baby carrier use as a universal caregiving practice with benefits for both the caregiver and child. Completion of the BEP offered by Babywearing Consultant Services, LLC  results in an entry-level babywearing educator certification.

The 2019 certification scholarship for volunteer educators is $200, reducing the training and testing fees to $50. Volunteer educators must have documentation of free monthly meetings for six months or more to qualify for the scholarship.

Applicants who believe their community service warrants potential scholarship should communicate with Babywearing Consultant Services, LLC and provide additional documentation substantiating their community benefits.

Scholarship approval is decided by Babywearing Consultant Services, LLC and its Babywearing Education Program™ Subject Matter Experts.
